* Please note: Transit times are based on our preferred carrier, FedEx. Using 'order notes' during checkout can delay shipment for up to 24 hours. We cannot ship wine direct to consumer to every state shown in the map. Rules vary by brand.


  • Can I add a gift message to the delivery?
    Yes, use the 'Gift Notes' field during checkout and your recipient will receive your message on the packing slip. Please limit gift messages to text only, and use 240 characters or less including spaces.
  • What is the 'order notes' field for?
    The order notes field is used to pass a message on to the fulfillment team. Please note that using this field can delay your order up to 24 hours.
  • Can you ship to _____ state?
    During checkout you will receive a message if the state chosen in the 'ship to' section is one that we cannot ship to.  The states we can ship to vary by brand, quantity and other factors. If your state is not available you can contact us to see if we have any alternatives available.
  • Why is 2-day the only option in Hawaii and Alaska and why aren't they shown in the map?
    There is no ground service nor overnight option to these states. Use the 'Ground & 2-day' row in the chart above to determine the cutoff dates.
  • Can the carrier leave the package at the recipient's door?
    No. Because the shipment contains alcohol, the carrier must have a signature of someone 21+.
  • Can I request a specific time for delivery?
    Unfortunately No. The carrier will not allow you to pick a time. However, shipments to an office will generally be delivered during normal office hours and shipments to residences may often be delivered later.
  • Do you sell gift certificates?
    Not at this time but we plan to in the future. If you would like assistance selecting a wine for a recipient please contact us.
  • Can I earn points for my gifting of wine?
    Yes! If you are a member of the Foley Food & Wine Society you will automatically accumulate points on every purchase. Points are earned at the rate of 1 point per dollar spent on wine or event tickets. Points are not earned for shipping or taxes.
  • How do I know if I have points?
    You can check by logging in to the Foley Food & Wine Society and clicking where it says "Hello {yourname}" at the top right. Then choose "Member Points". You may also contact us or call 855-232-2338.
  • How do I use my points?
    Points may redeemed here at the Foley Food & Wine Society. If you are logged in and have points to spend, you will see an area to select how many points to apply during checkout.
  • What can I use my points on?
    Points may be redeemed up to 50% of the cost of wine on your order. They may be used for 100% of the cost of non-alcoholic items such as event tickets and experiences. Points may be used for up to 100% of the shipping cost. Points may not be redeemed for taxes.
  • I made a mistake or need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
    Please contact us or call 855-232-2338. There is a limit to the type of edits that can be made but generally we can help re-route a package that is already enroute, delay a shipment for up to 10 days, etc. We cannot edit the items on an order once it has been fulfilled or shipped.  In many cases, changes involving compliance, placing new orders, or refunding must be done the day following your transaction.
