Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 slices sourdough or sandwich bread
  • 4 leaves romaine or butter lettuce
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
