Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix
  • 2 brioche or sandwich buns
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for toasting buns)
  • Optional: sliced pickles or crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  • In a small saucepan or bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and warm gently if needed.
  • Toast the buns in a skillet with butter or under the broiler until golden.
