Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
Directions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place steaks in a zip-top bag and pour in the marinade.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 8 hours).
- Remove from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Rest steaks for a few minutes before serving.
