Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread
  • 6 oz sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • Lettuce or baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Spread mayo or Dijon on each slice of bread.
  • Layer turkey, cheese, avocado, and greens.
  • Top with remaining bread slices, press gently, and slice in half.
  • Serve cold or toast lightly if desired.
