Ingredients

  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices capicola
  • 4 slices mortadella or ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing or red wine vinegar + olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large sub roll or hoagie bun, sliced lengthwise

Directions
