Don’t let the chilly weather keep you from making the most out of your weekend. There are plenty of indoor events happening across the coast in Sonoma, Napa, and beyond! Here are some that we have our eyes on. 

SONOMA WINE COUNTRY

A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE

January 26th and 27th, 7:30PM – 10PM
6th Street Playhouse | 52 W. 6th Street, Santa Rosa, CA

6th Street Playhouse presents Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire, directed by Phoebe Moyer. Tormented by the memory of her tragic marriage and the scandal she precipitated, this play follows a woman who flees to New Orleans to find refuge with her sister. But her brutish brother-in-law resents her presence and in a violent passionate rage exposes her past, jeopardizing her last chance of escape from the squalid misery of her life.

COMEDY NIGHT AT COYOTE SONOMA

Friday, January 25th, 8PM – 10PM
Coyote Sonoma | Healdsburg, CA

Start your weekend with an evening full of laughs as your favorite local comedians, including Steve Ausburne and Emily Catalano, take the stage at Coyote Sonoma. The fun starts with a Seismic Brewing Company release party and tap takeover at 5PM, so get there early! Tickets can be purchased online

CALIFORNIA’S CENTRAL COAST WINE COUNTRY

CAMBRIA ART & WINE FESTIVAL

January 25th – January 27th
Cambria Center for the Arts Gallery | Cambria, CA

Celebrate two of the things that make Cambria so unique – art and wine! With wine tasting, art shows, auctions, wine and food pairings, and artist demonstrations, wine and art lovers from all over California will find plenty to do during this festival weekend.

34TH ANNUAL SANTA BARBARA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

January 30th – February 8th
Riviera Theatre | Santa Barbara, CA

While this event technically doesn’t kick off until after the weekend, it’s worth getting on your calendar now! The Santa Barbara International Film Festival celebrates its 34th anniversary in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara. Film enthusiasts can enjoy special panels, award ceremonies and 200+ films at some of the city’s most historic theaters. As one of the leading film festivals in the United States, the event attracts over 90,000 attendees annually for their 11 days of 200+ films. PACIFIC NORTHWEST

CORK AND COOK

January 26th, 6PM – 9PM 
Canoe Ridge Vineyard | Walla Walla, WA

Enjoy an evening at the Historic Canoe Ridge to dive indulge in two of life’s greatest pleasures – wine and food! Winemaker Haydn Mouat will lead a blending seminar, where attendees will create, label, and take home their own bottle of Canoe Ridge wine. Afterwards, a cooking class with Chef Sierra Grden will get guests acquainted in the kitchen and ultimately noshing on handmade gnocchi for dinner. Get tickets online
