This week, local band Backtrax will be on stage playing your favorite classic rock and oldies from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Don’t forget: Sebastiani has a new Executive Chef on site, and she’s been serving up delicious bites during the event – so come hungry! Before you turn your nose up at this unexpected match, Langtry is up for the challenge of changing your mind. The Happy Pairing of Wine & Gourmet Hot Dogs event will feature fancier versions of the summertime staple food – keep an eye out for “The Spring Chicken,” a chicken sausage with pesto, tomato, bruschetta, and shaved parmesan that will pair beautifully with the 2016 Guenoc Chardonnay. Tickets are $20 for Langtry Wine Club Members and $30 for general admission.
