The 2025 Dundee Hills growing season was warm, dry, and marked by an early bloom followed by a late-summer heat wave that briefly hit 100°F. These conditions accelerated ripening in late August and led to one of the earliest harvests on records. Despite the heat, the fruit retained bright natural acidity, and a balanced structure. 2025 also marked the 20th anniversary of the Dundee Hills AVA.
