This Pinot is sultry and inviting. Raspberry, blackberry, cigar box, leather and a hint of baking spice fill the nose. The palate offers a smooth texture and silky tannins with flavors of plum, gravel, black cherry, and chocolate. Balanced acidity carries this wine though the memorable, extended finish.

The fruit is picked at night then transferred to the winery where it is cold-settled for 5-7 days. The wine is pumped-over two-to-three times daily throughout fermentation, then drained, pressed, and transferred to French oak (30% new) for malolactic fermentation and 10 months of aging.
