The grapes for the 2023 Reserve Pinot Blanc came from blocks B2, B3, and B4 of the Foley Family Estate in the Dundee Hills.
Varietal composition: 100% Pinot Blanc. Aged for 14 months in neutral French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
This Reserve Pinot Blanc combines mouthwatering aromas of pear and honeydew melon with notes of lime zest. The palate is mineral-driven with a briny character and complex interplay of acidity and richness that resolves on the lengthy finish. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled scallops, crab cakes, or pork tenderloin.
