Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper
Directions
Rub chicken with oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Grill or cook over campfire until done, 6–8 mins per side.
Pair with a slightly chilled Pinot Noir.
