Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails, shells split lengthwise
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, chopped
