Ingredients
- 1 small wheel of brie
- Cherry preserves or jam
- Sourdough or rustic bread
- Butter or olive oil for grilling
Directions
Spread jam on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with brie.
Press sandwich together and butter the outside.
Grill in a cast iron pan or foil wrap over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side, until bread is golden and
brie is melted.
Serve warm.
