Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

Combine prawns, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bag or container.
At camp, skewer prawns or place in a foil pack.
Grill over medium heat 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Serve with crusty bread or over rice or quinoa.
