- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries, mashed
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
