Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries, mashed
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions
