Ingredients
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Directions
Toss all veggies with olive oil and seasonings.
Divide between two sheets of foil and seal into packets.
Grill over medium heat or on campfire coals for 15–20 minutes.
