A fruity, semi-frozen cocktail that’s light, refreshing, and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry rosé
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Blend berries, simple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in rosé and freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to create a slushie texture.
  • Serve in a chilled glass with fresh berries
