A tropical, creamy popsicle that combines fresh pineapple, coconut milk, and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc for a bright, refreshing summer treat with citrusy flair.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Serve straight from the freezer for a cool tropical treat
