Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz block feta cheese, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
  • Toothpicks or small skewers

Directions

Assemble the Skewers:


On each skewer or toothpick, layer in this order:
• 1 cube watermelon
• 1 mint leaf
• 1 cube feta
• (Optional: another watermelon cube on top for a mini stack)


Plate and Chill:
Arrange on a serving platter. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve — these are best cold!
