AROMAS & FLAVORS

This wine is delicious with aromas of honeysuckle and citrus blossom. The palate further expresses these citrus notes with lemon confectionery characters, accentuated by a bright and lively acidity.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Serve chilled and pair with light summer fare such as melon gazpacho, ceviche, Thai minced chicken salad or lemon-herb linguine with shrimp.

VINTAGE

2020 was a notably drier than usual year for Santa Barbara County. Bud break began in March with mild temperatures that carried through spring and summer, with the exception of short heat spikes occurring in late June, August and mid September. With the return of mild weather, we were able to pick each block at the optimal time. Harvest began September 3 and finished November 3.
