Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes (no longer, or the citrus will begin cooking the shrimp).
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
