Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano or parsley
- Salt & pepper
Directions
Toss shrimp with oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
Serve with chilled Sauvignon Blanc.
