Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: mini tortilla cups or lettuce leaves
Directions
Mix shrimp, mango, onion, lime juice, and cilantro.
Season to taste and chill.
