Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: mini tortilla cups or lettuce leaves

Directions

Mix shrimp, mango, onion, lime juice, and cilantro.
Season to taste and chill.
Serve in mini cups or lettuce leaves.
