Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt, pepper, and fresh basil
Directions
Combine pasta, tomatoes, feta, and onion in a large bowl.
Toss with olive oil, vinegar, and seasoning.
Chill or serve room temperature. Easy to pack and share!
