When it's time for sweetness...

Somehow, great meals are often remembered due to a wonderful dessert. A memorable dessert can be a heavenly, luxurious and transcendent end to a great meal. From deep rich chocolate to tangy citrus and flavors of honey, the combinations and possibilities are endless. Gone are the days when a simple chocolate cake was the ending for every special meal (not that there’s anything wrong with chocolate cake!) – today we have new trends including balancing flavors of sweet with sour, sweet with savory and sweet with salty. Here, our FFWS Executive Chefs have offered up some sweet treats that will be sure to delight you and your friends – and of course, we’ve got the wines to bring out the best in each dish.
